Posts are sent out at the beginning of each month. Timing depends on when you subscribe. If you start your subscription before the 15th of the month, your post will be sent out next month. If you start your subscription after the 15th of the month, your post will be sent out the beginning of the month after that. For example if you sign up by the 15th of May, you will receive June’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th of May, you are guaranteed a July letter.

Envelopes are sent out at the beginning of each month via USPS using a good old fashioned stamp, so there will not be a way to track it. It should arrive in your mailbox within 1 - 2 weeks depending on your location.

If your post doesn’t arrive within 4 - 5 weeks please reach out via the contact form and we’ll figure it out together. From there, I will either send you a new letter for that month or a refund.

Gift cards can only be redeemed on the gift products, not on recurring subscriptions, and we offer 3 and 6 month gift options. Use the gift card code at checkout to receive your first letter!
